Can I use my own builder?
Yes! We have single family estate lots available for you to design and build your dream home. We welcome you to bring your own builder, but all homes are required to comply with our community’s Architectural Guidelines and must be designed and built to suit.
How much are your homes and lots?
Our semi-detached homes start at $399,900, and our single-family homes are starting at $499,900.
Our single-family estate lots are perfect for custom homes and start at $110,000 + HST.
Do I have to use your plans, or can I bring my own?
You can absolutely bring your own plans when building a custom home on our estate lots! However, all plans must comply with the community’s Architectural Guidelines.
On our semi-detached and link home lots, we have a variety of finishes to choose from.

How long does building a home take?
Each project is different, and there is no precise timeline. However, we’re happy to provide you with a preliminary building timeline at the contract execution to demonstrate how long each phase of a standard project will usually take.
